What Lucas Aristotle likes about Pel Meni Dumpling Tzar:
This restaurant is a delicious place to visit. I have never had dumplings like this before and they were amazing. The guy running the lunch shift was great and recommended the classic dish, which was an excellent choice. View all feedback.
