Kudedon Chirashi Bowl Restaurant is superb! The chojang poke was vibrant and flavorful, and the Kudedon bowl was a perfect mix of fresh ingredients and taste. The Kuledown bowl was equally impressive with its balanced flavors. A delightful dining experience with friends—highly recommended!!! View all feedback.
What Keith Van doesn't like about Kudedon Chirashi Bowl:
The Kudedon chirashizushi wasn't made fresh to order. The greens were wilted, the rice was cold. It was also overloaded with ponzu sauce and pickles to the point you could not taste anything else. While they were generous with the amount of seafood, the ebi/shrimp was thoroughly cooked without the head, there's not a single shiso leaf. View all feedback.

I had one day in Seattle and I was craving sashimi. This place had fantastic chirashi don. The fish was fresh, the flavour really hits, and overall extremely tasty.
Solid food for otherwise scarce downtown lunch places.
For the Downtown workers, this is a good spot for lunch. Everything is fresh.
Best chirashi bowls, and the best fish IN them, I have ever had
