Of the 7 items we ordered only 1 came out correctly. They were out of both fountain drinks ordered at first. They did a swap on both drinks without asking for approval or even telling us when they brought them. Food was missing basic modifiers we requested like adding mayo. Side of fries was brought out before drinks. Food was bland and outrageously priced. $70 for 2 people is a joke. Save your money and find a garba... View all feedback.
The food itself? Passable in a vacuum I'd choose any fastfood burger over what I got but it wasn't bad. The problem is you're paying double for worse quality. Then the problem compounds when you ask if fries are included with anything and it gets a chuckle like they got another sucker. When you're the only person in there it feels like that.Just go to Din Tai Fung next door if you're thinking about paying these prices anyway.
I got the Houston Double, Chili cheese fries and a vanilla shake. Everything was hot and tasted good. The service was also good and fast considering the fact that there was only 1 person there, but he did a really good job. The worst thing about this place is that this seems to be a dying mall.

Food was great, people were so nice, amazing place. Excellent staff
The service was great and the food was delicious ?. I love how cute and retro it is. If I could I would give a higher rating. It was hard to find because it was inside a mall but once inside it was easy to navigate.Vegetarian options: They had turkey burgers as their vegetarian patty and was told it was the best considering turkey burgers are hit or miss.
