Elysian Capitol Hill Brewery

Beer was good, service was very slow despite the seemingly abundant staff and low number of diners. Food was extremely bland and the menu was really limited. Given the price and quality of food, I wouldn’t come back.

Great food and microbrews from a cap hill institution. The menu changes from time to time but recently they've added a crunchy fried chicken sandwich with chipotle mayo that's simply superb. And the French fries were so perfectly cooked I wished I was eating lunch with Escoffier just to show him that we haven't all forgotten.

Fantastic beer, while their focus is IPA, they do other styles really good as well.

This place was surprisingly great for Cap Hill! The food was really good bar food and the Bartenders were tentive and quick. Went on a Saturday night and it was pretty tranquil. I would go back and would recommend if you want a chill atmosphere with great beers on tap!

Ran in here to kill time until our appetites were ready for dinner. Found this place on a whim and ONLY ORDERED BEER. Atmosphere is pretty cool and could be a regular hangout if I lived closer. Staff was really friendly and knowledgeable in their products. It was Happy Hour time on a Sunday afternoon so it was pretty empty. We were not too familiar with their beer line (except for Space Dust) so I'm not sure if there were beers there that were offered special to the brewery. Will come back again to try their food (and drink more beer of course). I should've bought a tshirt...
