Dick's Drive-in - Maltkiln Lane

Garbage fast food. Literally the worst burger I’ve tried. I wish in-n-out was in Seattle.

Was highly recommended as a Seattle icon. Burger was average in size and taste. Fries were soggy. I think they pulled a pre-poored shake out of a fridge.

The burger was really good and would totally go back if I hadn’t gotten food poisoning. This was the only food item my partner and I didn’t share that day and I was violently ill. It was brutal and kept me up all night last night. The burgers weren’t hot like they were freshly made so maybe they had been sitting a while? I don’t know but another friend said the same thing happened to them before. Wish I could say I would go back, but I won’t.

Super quick and easy but no customizations allowed and only a few options. But great for on the go.

Great spot for a quick, cheap, filling meal. Open late and always fresh, but make sure you don’t have any special requests, because depending on the person taking your order, you might be stuck with whatever they give you. Also, one of the few places in Wallingford with ample parking!
