Luki Roli are extremely personable and explain everything you need to know about making sushi and shopping correctly with the patience of an angel. The first homemade sushi could then be enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere, with the course instructors taking on the role of the perfect host. An all around great afternoon!

We were also told what to look out for when purchasing ingredients. We were then able to taste the sushi we had made ourselves in the beautifully decorated restaurant. We can recommend the course to everyone.
