Panera Bread - Malta
Panera Bread
Description
Tucked off the road, this casual eatery serves reliably tasty dishes that often redeem the experience — but patience is required. Staff are friendly, yet service can be notably slow, and occasional items arrive undercooked. The atmosphere is unpretentious and average; ideal for road-trippers and casual diners willing to wait for well-seasoned food, less so for those needing a quick, consistently precise meal.

Visited many times, but recently the bagels have not been as good as the past. Looking for other
I tried to order an egg white avocado sandwich, but it didn’t come with any egg whites. When I called to resolve the issue, I was unfortunately hung up on four times. The only reasonable staff member I spoke to was a man, but the manager’s behavior was extremely unprofessional. After this experience, I won’t be returning for a corrected sandwich or to this Panera again. I've visited this location 15 to 17 times in the past year and have witnessed two instances of customers arguing with staff inside the café, with both sides yelling. Typically, the drive-thru service is quick, and I must say that the male staff members here are generally very nice!
This is the third time my order has been completely wrong. I ordered takeout and when I got home to eat, my order was nothing like what I requested. It seems they don't pay attention to food allergies either.
As a member of the Zip Club, I can confidently say that the staff is always outstanding. They are consistently eager to help and maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
