When I called to resolve the issue, I was unfortunately hung up on four times. The only reasonable staff member I spoke to was a man, but the manager’s behavior was extremely unprofessional. After this experience, I won’t be returning for a corrected sandwich or to this Panera again. I've visited this location 15 to 17 times in the past year and have witnessed two instances of customers arguing with staff inside the café, with both sides yelling. Typically, the drive-thru service is quick, and I must say that the male staff members here are generally very nice!
