Contribute FeedbackNestled in a quirky ambiance adorned with nostalgic memorabilia and a striking Ecto-1 replica, this restaurant offers a unique dining experience. However, patrons frequently lament the slow service, often resulting in long waits for seating, food, and bills. While the pizza garners praise for its taste, the inconsistency in service quality and food presentation has disappointed many, including large groups and families. Though some visitors rave about the staff's dedication and the fun atmosphere, the establishment struggles with its growing popularity, leaving potential diners to question whether the experience is worth the wait.

So my sister and her husband who just got back from deployment after 3 years came to visit. I decided to take them here and that was a mistake. We’ve been a few times and enjoyed the place but not this time. My sister has a gluten allergy due to a surgery. If she eats gluten she can be hospitalized. Well we get in and wait for 30 minutes (which was fine it was busy) once we get seated we wait a bit due to the busyness and finally order. We ordered three pizzas. Since the menu states gluten free my sister ordered a gluten free pizza. After we get the food she ate two slices and then realized the chicken on it was breaded. So we asked and was told that was gluten. So she stops eating and looks upset. We asked how this wasn’t gluten free if it isn’t actually gluten free. They said it was only the crust which that wasn’t how it’s stated on the menu. The waitress gets another waitress and that waitress starts being rude and says she doesn’t have time for this. I explained to her that this is a problem as there’s a chance my sister may have to go to the hospital. Instead of apologizing or showing any remorse starts blaming my sister for ordering it. I stopped her and said your customer service is very lacking. They then kept repeating the crust was only gluten free. I get a menu and read through it and don’t see it listed that way. So now I want to speak to the owner since they said I could talk to them. They come back and say he’s busy in the kitchen and I said I don’t care he needs to come out and address this or I won’t pay. He comes out and then starts berating me on the order and kept repeating gluten crust. I kept showing him it doesn’t show that. Again no apology no remorse no care. They all just kept making it our fault. Very unprofessional. He said are you going to pay? (Which apparently that’s all they care about) I said no, not with this treatment. So they called the cops. We waited for the cops because we are not thieves. When the cops came they shared their side of the story saying I ate all the pizza and was refusing to get a free meal which wasn’t the case when 3/4th of the food was still on the table. We explained our side and eventually agreed to pay for two of three pizzas (not the apparent gluten free pizza). I payed, no tip (wasn’t going to with the horrible service) and left. I found out also which I should have pressed charges was that the owners brother was outside and told one officer he had to cool off because he was going to beat me up and put me in a pretzel hold (which would have been great to see). So all in all if you or someone you know has a gluten allergy I don’t recommend you go here as they don’t care about your well-being and just your money. If only he would have been professional and we talked this out the situation would have been more positive and we may have come back. But we won’t which I’m sure if he reads this he’s probably happy about that. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free.
