We both ordered n... read more My friend and I stayed at the hotel this past weekend, and while the hotel was charming, our experience at Loggers Pub was very disappointing. We both ordered nachos but were not provided with any napkins. We were also served bread without a knife to spread the butter. Our server brought our food and then disappeared, never checking on us, offering another drink, clearing our plates, or bringing the bill. After waiting for 20 minutes, we had to go to the bar ourselves to find someone who could take our payment—definitely not the treatment the staff deserved.

With just one server attending to almost every occupied table, the pace felt unbearably slow—slower than dial-up internet from the ’90s. I genuinely feel for our waitress; it was clear she was overwhelmed, which seemed to impact her ability to provide proper service. I would advise avoiding this restaurant. On a positive note, I met a wonderful woman cleaning the casino bathrooms—perhaps the cleaning staff could be reassigned to the restaurant, while the restaurant staff might assist with cleaning duties.

Despite how unwell I was, they refused to let me leave for two hours while I continued to be sick. When I contacted the 12 Tribes manager at the casino, he told me there was nothing he could do to help. On top of that, I dealt with daily theft of my tips, and it wasn’t until after I quit that the manager and another coworker were finally caught stealing. If you want to work somewhere with management that genuinely cares about its employees, avoid this place. The menu may seem appealing, but the treatment behind the scenes is unacceptable.

They should really pay attention to their reviews and think about making some improvements. It's honestly quite disappointing. Several tables, including ours, returned their food tonight, and it feels like they just don’t care. I wouldn't advise spending your time here.
