Was Daryl Ignacio at Kabisera a mag?
The food is good, but it's not suitable for catch-up meetings or gatherings, especially if you're waiting for someone who's also going to eat. They have a policy that prohibits staying, even when we were the only customers that day. I'm a bit disappointed, but once again, the food is really good. View all feedback.

What Ame fil Love L dislikes about Kabisera:
It would be a good idea to place some citronella plants inside to help keep the mosquitoes away, as there are lots of them indoors and their bites are quite painful. However, the food is delicious... View all feedback.

The food is ok mura na masarap pa.Mabait and accommodating yung mga staff nila.This resto was recommended by my cousin and i am thankful babalik ulit kami dito and I will recommend this to my friends and loveones.The ambiance is cozy Pilipinong pilipino ang ambiance .

Poor customer service!!! We’ve waited for our food for almost 2hrs. Yes, we were informed that we will wait but only for 45minutes! Far from 2hrs isn’t it??? When the food was served, kulang kulang! The stuffed pusit and chopseuy was not served! So we’ve decided to cancel it na lang because were done eating dahil pinagkasya nalang namin yung sisig at lomi sa sobrang gutom na namin. Masarap ang sisig pero yung lomi sobrang alat. We’ve asked for the calamansi sa waiter pero walang nagserve. Wala naman na masyado tao non. Wala silang initiative! Aligaga ang nasa receptionist samantalang di naman ganon kadami kumakain! Karamihan sa mga kasabay namin kanina nagcancel nlng ng food dhil ang tagal bago dumating! Hope you’ll improve and train your waiters well. Sayang ung mga customers nio kc hindi na babalik dahil sa ganyang sistema nio. This is worst from the first time I ate there. Niyaya ko pa naman family ko to celebrate Father’s day, napahiya lang ako because of what happened! In short, we didn’t enjoy our lunch date. No more returns!
