Went here around 3pm on a Sunday, at this hour, the pancit is not available anymore and so we had to settle for lugaw and goto which were yummy nevertheless. We went here for our dessert faves, suman, kutsinta, and other colorful rice cakes, all of which ended up running out of stock once we went back to buy more after eating there. The dining area is cool enough as there were windows everywhere. Will definitely come... View all feedback.
What 4iain s 3 years ago on Google doesn't like about Citang's Eatery:
Local Philippines restaraunt having local dishes served and having Philippines delacases pasalubong (suveneirs) snacks and meals. I had lugaw with egg and toge Sarap having covid-19 regulations plastic sheeting over counter.polite staff. View all feedback.
A bit over rated but has a wide range of kakanins and pasalubongs for the wandering folk.
A food icon in the city of Malolos. Serving the people of Bulacan and her visitors since 1970.
Their kakanins are the best! The place is located along the road and there's no parking space. You can park near the church or on the side of Citang's Eatery.
Native food such as suman (sumang pasko...my favorite), sapin sapin and other Filipino goodies are for me very therapeutic as far as pinoy gastronomic experience is considered. Bringing back those memories of my childhood when old folks are preparing them while we are very excited while waiting.
We're from Antipolo and we set a date to visit this place. Kakanin is so awesome and great taste. No wonder that many people go here for this native food. I really like the lugaw with tokwat baboy. The pork is quite crunchy and has a super nice taste. Definitely will be back and highly recommended. Not to mention the staff are so nice.
