Very accommodating restaurant! Food focuses on local/organic Scandinavian fusion food. Menu is all pris fixe, no aka carte available. Booking is needed. Owner/chef jorgen is really nice to deal with and I loved this approach to cooking; setting the menu each day according to the best available viands. Eating here is always amazed, the taste combinations are always on the point. it's no wonder they have to call in advance to get a table. Do not miss this jewel when they are in malmö.
