A&W - MALLORYTOWN

The self-service kiosk at this restaurant is constantly out of order and much slower than ordering in person. It was a bad decision by the company to try and save money at the expense of efficiency. I recommend trying any other restaurant in the area, as this one is the only one that has switched to this faulty ordering system without any regard for customer service.

On Saturday, December 10th, none of the three employees working at this restaurant had any knowledge or training on how to accept a gift card. The female employee, whose name started with a K (unable to remember exact name), simply stared at me when I presented the gift card and then turned away without providing any explanations. The other employees stood behind her in the kitchen, giving off an unfriendly and unproductive vibe. This was not my first negative experience with OnRoute A.

The food is excellent, service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is great. Overall rating: 5/5.

Horrible burgers , super dry, little portions of everything including fries condiments included.... cant even eat this there are only 7 pieces of chopped onions yes i was able to count the onions how little amount for a burger thats showcased to have the best carmalized onions...Definetly isn't A&W standards..
