They were served at a barely war... read more Located in a Service Centre on Highway 401 Eastbound. Our Chicken Strips should/could have been served at a hotter temperature. They were served at a barely warm temperature which negated much of their taste. The Onion Rings with them tasted quite good. Our Habanero Chicken itself tasted good but the lettuce with it was slightly brown and was somewhat soggy as if sitting for a long time before being placed in the sandwich. The Fries were limp and mushy instead of crispier. Server was friendly and fast.

Cashier seemed less than enthused to serve us.Food: I had the Peppered Bacon Mama burger with sweet potato fries as an upgrade. The burger is overpriced and just mediocre…no big deal! The fries were good, but lukewarm. Hubby's meal was average, but at least it was overpriced! :(Overall: We would NOT return! Our combos were over $11/each. What a rip-off!!! The Swiss Chalet at this ONroute location is a much better option. Don't waste your money here!

It was a bad decision by the company to try and sa... read more The self-service kiosk at this restaurant is constantly out of order and much slower than ordering in person. It was a bad decision by the company to try and save money at the expense of efficiency. I recommend trying any other restaurant in the area, as this one is the only one that has switched to this faulty ordering system without any regard for customer service.

On Saturday, December 10th, none of the three employees working at this restaurant had any knowledge or training on how to accept a gift card. The female employ... read more On Saturday, December 10th, none of the three employees working at this restaurant had any knowledge or training on how to accept a gift card. The female employee, whose name started with a K (unable to remember exact name), simply stared at me when I presented the gift card and then turned away without providing any explanations. The other employees stood behind her in the kitchen, giving off an unfriendly and unproductive vibe. This was not my first negative experience with OnRoute A.
