Pilipan - Malindi

The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was friendly. The food was outstanding, especially the Singapore crab, which was among the best we've ever tasted. We would definitely return.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. They served us freshly baked bread, which was absolutely delicious. I ordered the butter chicken with rice, and it was simply phenomenal. Their spicy mojito is also a must-try. The ambiance was lovely, especially during the evening hours. This place is a definite must-visit while in Watamu!

A truly delightful spot! The food is absolutely delicious, and the waitstaff are fast and incredibly kind. The music is at just the right volume, which was a wonderful bonus.

We are British Nationals living in Kenya, currently on holiday at Watamu. We booked a table for 2 at Pilipan, July 2021, as a holiday treat and were not disappointed. Beautiful setting (see photo), very friendly staff, gorgeous food, good, efficient service and very fair prices. 2 course meal with wine for ca £40. Would definitely recommend and, if we visit Watamu again, we will return to this restaurant.
