Both the host and server were top-notch. Our server, Holden, was not only extremely funny and charming but also provided consistently fantastic service throughout the entire evening. Thank you, Holden, for making our time at Bui Sushi so enjoyable! Depending on your order, the bill can add up quickly. If each person in your party only gets one roll, the pricing is slightly above average, with rolls ranging from $16 to $22. The quality of the sushi was outstanding, although the rolls are on the smaller side compared to others. Remember to always show kindness and be nice to everyone.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable on a chilly night. I really enjoyed the sushi burritos topped with salsa and jalapeños—definitely not something you find at most sushi spots! They even treated us to a few complimentary dishes to make up for some minor service delays.
