The sushi arrived looking beautiful, perhaps too much rice in the maki... the Venere rice was definitely not freshly made, but it was edible. The soy sauce was very acidic, but since I asked for teriyaki, I managed. I left four pieces in the fridge for today; once heated up a bit, they were almost better than yesterday. I expected worse from what I read, but instead...

But perhaps it was Carnival on Saturday 2/17, perhaps the place was almost completely full, perhaps many were arriving for collection and delivery... the fact is that the service was haywire. Orders lost, food did not arrive and after 2 and a half hours we ate very little. A situation also noticed by the other tables who looked on with a bewildered look and asked the staff how much time had to pass for an order... In my opinion the staff is insufficient and in particular cases they are unable to manage everything... But I repeat, the food is good and we will try again soon.
