Usually the place is not too busy, and service is friendly and generally efficient. If it had to get very busy, you might expect to sit and wait for a while for your order. But I've never had to sit waiting too long myself. An added bonus is the Fishaways just next door, in case burgers isn't the preferred option for other members of the family or group.
