cheaper than eating in their hotel, eating good. try the chicken jersey, but if they don't like spicy food then they tell them to keep the spicy. Tell him I sent you to try the falooda and try the refreshing drink. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Island Bite:
Not bad. Can get most local foods and meals like fried rice, noodles kotthuroshi but had a bad experience with fried rice. (Bad taste)But local short eats are good there. View all feedback.
Looks like an empty old caffe. we stayed during our journey to lunch and we were the only customers. but the noodles we ordered were delicious and much better than the popular and overhauled amore restaurant on the island. this place deserves more customers.
Good place for a quick byte. Also great place to hangout with friends. Cheap and tasty food. My personal pick is smok tuna kothu Roshi.
Went their for afternoon tea. The double milk drink is good. Service is ok.

Tasty food (but so are all cafe's on Guraidhoo), decent quantities but services rather poor... We were charged 4$ more during conversion of our bill from MVR to USD (what is not common practice in other restaurants on the island). Then adding snacks (type of deep fried pancakes locals call chips) to the bill which are free in other places. We were also encouraged to order grilled fish the next day, and when we told that we would like to taste food in other places on the island, the owner told us that his place is the cheapest one, others are expensive. That's quite embarrassing due to the fact that this place prices are at least 10MVR higher than other places.
