When food d... read more Ordered a delivery last night some confusion over the address not sure why as my daughter has ordered before so her phone is logged to this address. When food did turn up not as hot as normal due to going to the wrong address, but that said all tasted good, will still use them as we do like their food.

This restaurant is dated but the food is good, one major problem is if three of you order the same dish they will only bring out one portion, I have asked them... read more This restaurant is dated but the food is good, one major problem is if three of you order the same dish they will only bring out one portion, I have asked them why we cannot have three portions as three separate people want the same item, I was told when you have eaten that we will bring you more, its as if they are trying to take your money but feed the the least they can NOT IDEAL ! One other thing is we have two children who hardly ate anything, when the bill came I said you have charged for 4 adults but we have two children 6 and 8, their reply was look at the menu if the children are over 1.2m then you pay full price, again very harsh way of dealing with being fair !!!! Ocean, come on you could be very successful but i know of three separate families that will not come to your restaurant due to this height rule, just say anyone under 12 is a kid over 12 adult !!! What a process, they didn't answer the phone (which is unprofessional if open for business) and the food was over priced and inedible. The curry was watery with no flavour. The rice noodle was thick noodles and not fresh the list goes on. Since Covid it seems everywhere is putting their prices up and lowering the quality and standards. It just isn't worth the money..

Hands down by far the best Chinese takeaway we’ve ever had and that’s with no exaggeration. The service and delivery is always top class and we won’t consider ordering from any other Chinese for as long as this continues. Cannot wait to dine-in after Covid restrictions are lifted!
