Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant. We used to eat here regularly, every other week. However, the constant turnover of cooks and management changes has affected the quality of the food. During our last visit, we experienced a catastrophe and decided to leave - and we weren't the only ones! This hotel is amazing with beautiful interior and a fantastic outdoor setting. The service is fast and you must make a stop here. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a top score of 5.
This is an Australian pub where people outside are relaxing with their dogs at their feet. Inside, people are catching up and laughing. The price per person ranges from A$40 to A$60. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect rating of 5.

Small, but delicious menu. Have about half a dozen pub classics, but the ones we enjoyed were cooked perfectly! The porterhouse steak in particular was perfection. A good selection of drinks at the bar, including Harcourts Cider on tap, as well as some premium spirits (alongside the classics). Service was excellent a real family feel. Everyone on staff was friendly. Food was delivered fairly quickly. Inside is old, but not in a run down way, instead in a classic country pub way. Will certainly be back on our next visit to Maldon.
Fantastic atmosphere, friendly service and delicious food. Also dog friendly beer garden is a massive bonus. We will be back for sure!
