What Max V doesn't like about The Chef Grill:
We are from out of town and ordered a gift certificate for a friend who has become primary caregiver of her husband. She has tried to order something and to no avail has it worked. We sent her the entire gift certificate with our order number and their 12 digit code. Nothing is working. She has emailed and called Foodery as have we. No one has attempted to make contact with us. This was the best prepared meals I have ever had. I have lived in San Francisco and Los Angeles and tried many there, but The Foodery in my current location surpasses them all. It is with great sorrow and disappointment that I learned they had to close down during the covid-19 crisis. I truly believed that their business model would thrive during these difficult times. I hope they are able to reopen after this is all over.

I've been using this service for a few weeks now and really like it! The food is great, delivery is on time. I would never have time to make food like this for myself. The reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is there seems to be no way to get in touch with the business. Recently I tried calling about a scheduling issue and called at least 5 times and nobody ever picked up the phone during business hours. I also emailed and never received a response. I'm currently having an issue with the website and tried calling again to place my order but still no one is answering. I don't like that I can't get in touch with anyone! Would love to give this business 5 stars but that's my only issue.
Great food--fresh, healthy, with a great variety. Love the chicken pad thai. Delivery extremely convenient. Portions are great. This is a great service for people who want to eat healthy but don't have much time.
This has to be the most spectacular service ever. The food is high-end restaurant quality (but without all the added fat! . I have been ordering for a few months now, and every last dish has been wonderful. Great mains (love the salmon and pork tenderloin , tasty sauces (served separately , and amazing sides (roasted beets and squash, farro, wild rice, etc. . I cheated and invited a friend over and didn't tell them the meal wasn't mine. Well, it was mine because I paid for it, LOL. I like that they list all the ingredients on the website. They've always arrived when they said they would. I'm looking forward to the day when they offer extras like bread, desserts, or salads. I also hope someday they will offer food that either comes frozen or can be frozen. The prices are completely reasonable for the quality and amount. I hope as their business grows they can keep up the quality and customer service.
