I had my first experience with Ethiopian cuisine, and it was fantastic! The honey wine (tej) was delicious and quite sweet. The quality of the food was outstanding, with the seasonings being incredibly flavorful but not excessively spicy. The bread reminded me of pancakes. I will definitely be returning! What User doesn't like about Mulu Ethiopian:
The portions were quite small. We spent $100 expecting to have enough for four people, with some leftovers, but there was barely enough food for two hungry adults. I would recommend dining elsewhere. The servings seemed more fitting for a ten-year-old. View all feedback.
Good food and great prices here. I had the vegetarian combo and it was great. I have no idea what I have eaten, but I would recommend it very much. the ambiente was bad, which tells them that all their investment is in the food - just what I like.
Delicious food I've enjoyed various Ethiopian restaurants over the years, and Mulu rates in the top. We had the vegetarian sampler option, along with two meat dishes: the sauteed lamb and beef cubes. All dishes where spectacular. The injera bread was delicious and airy. No gluten free version, heads up for those allergic... We finished with delicious coffee and traditional popcorn. Will definitely cone back and highly recommend!
We just ate the most delicious Ethiopian food we’ve ever had! I’m so glad we found this place! Food taste and quality is absolutely superb. Really has that homemade taste made with love and care. We will definitely be back very soon. Thank you Mulu for the incredible dinner!
Amazing food and great ambience!Vegetarian combo, sambusa and doro key wot are super delicious!? would come back for sure.
Dinner was good. Really enjoyed 2 of 3 meals. We had the ribs and a little dry but probably the style. Still tasted good but too dry.
