The choice for vegetarian food is ofcourse smaller, but this is mentioned by the other reviewers also. The buffet is more catered towards meat-based dishes and drinks are always on top of the standard price. The pasta that I ordered was good though. It felt fresh. And they serve bread and 2 spreads. One of them was not vegetarian and I asked the server about the ingredients of the bread spread. The vibes were calm and the light music sets a nice mood.

They offer an excellent combination of a large German breakfast - bread/rolls, deli meat/cheese, soft boiled eggs and since you are in the north, pickled/marinated herring. They also offer typical English/American breakfast fare - fried eggs, omelette a to order, bacon, sausage etc. An extensive selection of fresh fruit and cereals/musli and yogurt round out the offering. The coffee is excellent and the tea selection is varied. If you have a busy day, the turnaround time is fast - or feel free to linger - he service is exceptional!My wife and I only had breakfast here, and an early dinner during our stay.
