To take part in a walk near Malbuisson, we booked a hotel in this city, and we chose L 'hôtel de la Poste. Good surprise when we arrived because we did not review this point: it is a hotel restaurant. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, that is 'A la ferme'. Location: near the lake and two (or 3? other hotels. They actually work together. We thought we would arrive in a small and very quiet little village, and it's far to be that. It's a sort of resort. Restaurant A la ferme hosts are very pleasant. Decoration should be traditional, which was also pleasant. The choice of food proposed is quite satisfactory. We would have liked to eat frog, but it's from season, so it's not served. Our choice was a fondue as the best here in Franche Comté are made. Cheese in the fondue were mainly Comté. Dessert: a tart from Mirabelles. (Fruits mainly made in a nearby area We appreciate the fondue, served with a very good ham, beautiful potatoes, bread and a fresh green salad. The tar was also veeery good. The service was pretty fast. The general atmosphere in the restaurant was beautiful. And the last good point is that the price was fair. Less than 50€ for a generous fondue (for two large bottle of foam water, dessert for two and 2 coffees. By the way, we saw the logo 'Michelin 2017', but we are not yet sure what it really means. We're gonna dig it. Thanks to our satisfying experience we can (I and my friend can only advise you to visit this restaurant.
The presentation was not perfect, but the food was very delicious! You can set a few options of the menu or a la carte! Located on the Lac St point! Nice location to do with piles in the region! This restaurant has specialties... served by steak or duck on a hot stone or slate! You have a large daily range of homemade cakes! Just delicious! If you want to taste traditional dishes like frogs or snails... You can!
