Our experience at The Lind Boracay was truly outstanding! Right from the moment we left the airport, the smooth transfer to the hotel set the perfect tone for a relaxing vacation. Upon our arrival, we were greeted warmly by the attentive and friendly staff, who took care of every detail of our stay. The hotel itself is breathtaking, featuring top-notch amenities that are ideal for a luxurious island retreat. Our room was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and incredibly comfortable. To our surprise and delight, we received a complimentary room upgrade, which added an extra touch to our experience. Every aspect of our time at The Lind felt thoughtfully curated, from lounging by the pool to enjoying the peaceful beachfront. The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. This was our first visit to Boracay, and we are so pleased that we chose to stay at The Lind. Our experience was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the resort itself is beautiful, with well-kept grounds. The pools were spotless, and there were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available. My favorite part was the infinity pool; the sunset views from there were breathtaking while I relaxed in the water. Additionally, the hotel is just a short walk from one of the world's best beaches. Transportation was included, which added to the convenience of our stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the dining at the restaurants was excellent, featuring a blend of Western and Filipino cuisine. Overall, it was truly a five-star experience. My only minor issue was that the guards often asked for our room number each time we returned to the resort. I think implementing a wristband system for hotel guests could simplify this process. However, this was just a small inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful stay. Thank you for such a great experience!
From the moment we arrived at Boracay airport, the Lind Boracay staff welcomed us with genuine warmth. The transfer to the hotel was incredibly smooth, with the staff taking care of everything, allowing us to relax without lifting a finger. This was particularly important since we were traveling with our two-year-old son. They made us feel secure and well taken care of. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted with smiles from the staff, who were ready to assist us at any moment. This level of service continued throughout our three-night stay. Everyone—from the front desk and transportation staff to housekeeping, servers, waiters, chefs, and members of the kids' club—was not only incredibly friendly but also exceptionally well-trained. The overall service was truly impressive. And if that weren't enough, the resort itself is hands down the best we’ve ever experienced! We've stayed at several resorts in Boracay, but The Lind clearly stands out for many reasons. The food was delicious, the swimming pools were massive (and yes, there are multiple pools, including an infinity pool on the rooftop with stunning ocean views). Our room, the Sea Room, offered a spectacular view of both the ocean and the resort itself. It was spacious and very comfortable—so much so that we didn’t want to leave! When we plan our next trip to Boracay, there’s no question we’ll stay at The Lind Boracay again, as we can’t think of a reason not to. We are absolutely thrilled with our decision to choose this resort. It was truly worth every moment! A huge shoutout to all the staff at The Lind Boracay for making this resort a five-star experience! I highly, highly recommend staying here!
It is worth staying here, my family went here to celebrate my brother’s birthday, because of that, we got upgraded into a premier room for free. It could be a bit pricey but it is worth it. The view is nice, the pool is nice, and there is also a play room for children. Whenever we ordered food, the staff were so nice and the food came 5-10 minutes. I recommend this place if you want a relaxing vacation in Boracay. Service: 5
The sound insulation is bad, and you can clearly hear someone passing by the door of the room. You can clearly hear what the guests in the room next to you are talking about. There should be a big problem with hotel management, I can order takeout during first stay. Just give the room number and the waiter will deliver it to the room. So I think the service was very considerate. When I checked into the hotel for the second time, the staff said that they never allowed to bring takeout into the room. I explained that even bagged snacks from supermarkets cannot be brought to the room, and asked me to go to the main road several hundred meters away to pick them up. , they don't have a real management system. All rules are based on the mood of the staff, and the service at the hotel's seaside restaurant is also very bad. I never take the initiative to serve you, even if you sit down, no one will give you a menu and cutlery. You have to keep looking for the waiter, and the most angry thing is to write the bill randomly. We have a lot of people and ordered a lot of things, but not all the dishes were served. The management and staff still argue that they won't admit their mistakes until I ask for check cctv. She pretended to apologize and the next day all the staff glared at me. They even didn't feel completely ashamed of their work mistake and should apologize. A very unpleasant experience. I won't go again anyway!
