Service is warm and accommodating but inconsistent at peak times; guests report slow orders, occasional kitchen mistakes and sporadic hygiene lapses, so dining can range from excellent happy-hour value to disappointing depending on timing.

Totally underrated place. Pizza was great, cocktail was delicious and staff friendly. Nothing else I could imagine. Prices okay. Maybe a few more couches would be nice? We got lucky with the only couch :

I made a reservation through Travel Expo last February, and they were incredibly accommodating, even allowing me to book online via messenger. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach and main road, and the atmosphere is peaceful and not crowded or noisy. The staff were exceptional; my room was always clean and organized without needing to request housekeeping, and towels were changed promptly. The staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive. The breakfast was wonderful; although it wasn't a buffet, the plated meals were generous and delicious. The facilities included a pool, restaurant, and bar. I can't wait for my next visit!
