We chose our starter and main courses, but decided to leave our choice of dessert (if we wanted one) until later. The food was delicious, and we decided we had room for a dessert as well. The Restaurant is run by Pierre and his wife Maria, who together with their staff are true professionals of their trade.We have been visiting Chez Laurette for 10 years now and the owners have become very good friends.If you are in Malaucène or surrounding area and looking for and enjoy exceptional service,then this is the place to be.

Wonderful dinner - very delicious and tasty. Fresh and really tasty carpaccio and very good salmon tatare. All the courses were very well prepared from good ingredients. Excellent and pleasent service - can highly recommend.
