Was Bogomir Rus at Luz Cafe a mag?
Luz cafe, the restaurant is set in a colonial building which provides a laid back ambience. The restaurant is clean and there are good standards of hygiene. The food itself was however variable, when I had the fish in a garlic sauce it was delicious, however on the following night when I had a prawn salad the prawns were overcooked and a bit rubbery. No wine or beer, but they produced a bottle for us from the restaurant next door!

Luz café, the restaurant is located in a colonial building that offers a relaxed ambiente. the restaurant is clean and there are good hygiene standards. the food itself was variable, however, when I had the fish in a garlic sauce, it was delicious, but at the following night, when I had a garnel salad, the garnish were overboiled and a little gum-like. the restaurant also has no license so that alcohol is not available is really good eating in a very small, charming caffe. no wine or beer, but they produced a bottle for us from the restaurant next door!
