The food and drinks were traditional and simple. However, if you want to get deceived and pay for something you did not order, come to this restaurant. Upon sitting down we were given (what seemed to be complimentary) dishes and we went on with dinner. When our bill came, we were charged 12€ for the dishes we did not order. They seemed to be taking advantage of tourists and wouldn’t take it fully off the bill. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you are new to Lisbon.
The restaurant no longer lives up to its former reputation. The menu no longer varies and it is no longer open on weekends. It would take a major change but... Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
It's good and it's good
This place was a complete surprise for us and ended up as a highlight! The food there was very tasty and big portions. We ordered 2 rices with chicken and also a broasted half-chicken.
