We ordered Tom yum, grilled prawn, oxtail soup, fried chicken and tofu and vegetables stir fry. Updated review ——— In September 2021, we went there again. See what we ordered from our photos. We really recommend this resto. The fried fish with ‘manggo sauce’ was delicious and the portion was big enough for 4 people. Very reasonable price, compared to similar restos in Jakarta.

Not only that by the way, the seafood t... read more I’ve tasted kepiting soka at least from three big restaurants in Malang, and Batavia Resto is the best to my taste buds. Not only that by the way, the seafood tom yum is also better than that one restaurant owned by a five-star hotel. Roasted honey-glazed ribs is also worth trying. Place-wise, perfect for me. Price-wise, no problem at all. All dishes I/we ordered were scrumptious above expectation.
