However, during peak times, the establishment isn't really able to properly accommodate a full house. The staff are very professional and do their best, but they need more waiters during peak hours. In addition, a better method of recognizing whether a client is waiting to place their or order or waiting for their food needs to be implemented. So, the person isn't sitting and waiting for a significant amount of time just to order. With the volume of people and the prices, surely the establishment can afford to hire more people.
