There is no very large repertoire, but in a city like a round where the meat is taken by the flag, bifana is an oasis. the staff, especially the midday waitress, is very friendly and knows perfectly which dishes are vegans and which are adaptable. they have a letter with the vegetarian dishes signposted. What LeKi Panchita doesn't like about Bifana:
The first item (fried aubergine) on the vegan menu included honey so we had to order without, but then the dish didn’t taste like much. They were also out of the croquetas, so the vegan items were pretty limited to raw and fried veggies (which you can get in pet much any Spanish bar). Nice place with good variety of Vegan Tapas! Great drinks, local wine is very good. Thoughtful staff and happy music.
Kitchen was closed so asked if they knew anywhere offering vegan and they have me directions to l'aqualia (water service office). Pretty funny, but not when you're hungry after a 9 HR journey
Die Bedienung war sehr hilfsbereit, allerdings etwas wenig motiviert. Die Croquetas waren leider aus. Der Tomatensalat war gut. Der Quinoasalat mit Gemüse und Hummus etwas fad gewürzt, und nur ein kleiner Kleks Hummus. Auf der Karte befinden sich vegan deklarierte frittierte Auberginen mit Honig ? . Angesichts der nur wenigen in Ronda vorhandenen veganen Angebote eine gute Option für einen kurzen Abstecher. Mit dem Wein können sie eher punkten der war sehr gut!

No hay un repertorio amplísimo, pero en una ciudad como Ronda donde se lleva la carne por bandera, Bifana es un oasis. El personal, en especial la camarera del turno de mediodía, es muy amable y conoce a la perfección qué platos son veganos y cuáles son adaptables. Disponen de una carta con los platos veganos señalizados. Además, el ajoblanco y las patatas bravas también son veganas aunque no estén señalizados como tal. Comes bastante bien, el precio es muy correcto y la calidad de la comida es bastante adecuada a lo que pagas. Todo genial, vaya. Para mí es el sitio más recomendable de la ciudad.
