Tony Roma's - Malacca

Of all the Tony Roma’s outlets that we’ve been to, this was the most underwhelming one thus far. We were there at about 8 pm and yet there were a lot of items not on the menu, with the most ridiculous one being Tony Romas complimentary French loaf and dip. To make matters worse, the beef sampler that we usually get came in small portions and was not as appetising juicy as how we remembered it to be. The lack of variety and the substantial list of missing items may just be a one off and be limited to only this outlet but it does smell of bad planning and management from the ones in charge.

Too many missing menu items like onion loaf, Coke Zero, even green tea. Menu needs to be updated! Yet another disappointment. Ribs were tasty but much smaller than I remembered. Most irritating was the nosy app with so many sign-up requirements, and still had several missed items.

The delivery service is ridiculous. Don’t order delivery from this place. They just threw all the fries in a plastic bag everything got squashed and soggy. The potato skins were supposed to come with sour cream but they did not send it. Also, the sauce for the chicken tenders is not sent. The ribs are completely dry and does not have enough bbq sauce on it. These pictures are of a 300 plus ringgit meal and they don’t even care to send the order correct or pack the fries in a proper container.

If you're looking for a one night out to an exquisite restaurant, this place is your priority. The surrounding is pleasant, a priority for enjoying your food to the fullest. The steak here is definitely the highlights, and a taboo if you choose otherwise. If you were to dine here for chicken, Nando's would have been a superior choice.
