Nasi lemak with rendang is good. To top everything off, the cendol tasted amazing and a definite try for newcomers. The emphasis on using fresh and healthy ingredients by this place is very convincing, and reflects on the quality of the food. Would go again. View all feedback.
What Jane Daneal doesn't like about Ta Chi Nyonya House:
Came here again. Quality of the food has dropped slightly. Some Nyonya dishes are still good. Service is ok. But the place is a bit stuffy. One of the ceiling fan is faulty. Also there are a lot of mosquitoes. Need to be prepared if you decide to have dinner here. The cencharu egg was a big salty. The paku-pakis vege was not as tasty as what it used to taste like. But overall the experience is ok. View all feedback.
No luck with cendol but tasted the ais kacang which is good too! Also ordered nyonya laksa and tauhu bakar which are equally good too. Nyonya laksa tasted different than what i’ve tried but is good. Will come back again for cendol and other food
Great Nyonya restaurant. The food tastes good and the price is acceptable (or cheap if you compare to Singapore).
Ta Chi Nyonya The house is probably the place of authentic Nyonya food. Nyonya food came from the Prussian heritage. The restaurant is solid with its heritage and memories of celebrities eating there. It's worth trying these delicacies.
Perhaps you might want to lower down your expectations during your visit. Overall food are average and a bit pricy. Since we are just here for a trip so I think is fine if the food average or even the price a bit higher than our expectation. But I truly can't stand the owner enjoying his cigarette inside the restaurant throughout the day. That force us to leave the restaurant as fast as we could. Please be more considerate to ppl who are having their food.
Definitely love the food here, it was served in a large part and it is cheap. The taste was also very authentic. And the owner was very2 friendly, she could show me the flowers to make the ingredients that was great!
