Services are faster than before, many improvements. Portion is as usual.
I went there for a dinner few days ago, I ask the crew politely why the pathumthani soup have a lot leftover spice and herb in bowl. Most of the bowl having a little soup and the crew rudely said that they need to finish the soup before they make a new soup. I dont mind if they filter first the soup but the way the crew answer my question was not polite at all. Customer service was very rude.
Visit the boat noodle in Mahkota Parade after shopping here. The entire ambience is excellent, pleasant and welcoming. Many seats are also available. The staff is attentive, but the language barrier can be a problem (all workers are either from Bangladesh or Nepal). I ordered some of the sweet and spicy variants of boat noodles, including the must have roasted chicken skin that makes the noodle taste better (its sinful but), Thai garlic chicken wings and the iced tea. Eating took about 20 minutes to come as there was only 1 other occupied table, it was too long. I had the chicken wings. I ordered the Thai garlic chicken wings and I got the chicken wings without the crispy garlic as promised in the menu (see pictures). I asked the worker back and he just scrubbed me off and said that the garlic is chicken wings. And I asked where 's the crispy garlic and he just answered him 's there. It took some time to look for the so-called crispy garlic and to my misfortune, it could not find. The boat noodles delivered a diverse taste profile of the famous Thai boat noodles can be found in the streets there. But wished there was much more, the amount was paid minute for the price. Not worth it. The iced tea was exorbitant, RM9.30 for a cup. It was actually a suffocating experience. A bit more pricier from the usual but wished the service and food quality can improve.
