A&w (dataran Pahlawan) - Malacca

The foods are pretty good, the float was great. The staff that visited me was really good and polite. He asked me to make the customer feedback that got me a free ice cream. The place is quite large and spacious. The hotel is located on the ground floor of Dataran Pahlawan near the western entrance.

This outlet had shifted upwards to a plane. After three years back. A 1 counter is opened for ordering and portioning. The staff is efficient and polite during the queue. Food quality is so good.

Clean environment and also the outlet supervisor reminds their staffs on the do's and dont's when dealing with customers . well done and Keep up the good effort.

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff, all the way to the manager of this outlet, En. Shazlye. An article was missing in my order, and En. Shazlye quickly helped sort it. Was also treated with a free root beer. Thank you.

Finally again here for a good root beer flora and a wafer. Very nice!
