Food was good. Unfortunately a lot of the food was sold out by 8pm. Must try next time. Pong teh, and Amy's ayam goreng were the highlights. Cendol dessert was a mixture of cendol and sago gula melaka a pleasant surprise. Not too crowded on a weekday night. View all feedback.
We had a wonderful dinner at Amy's restaurant and the food was incredibly tasty. Our family especially enjoyed the Asam fish dish. Unfortunately, the pai tee was unavailable that day, and there was a 20% price increase due to Chinese New Year (even though it was only Day 7). The staff was very friendly, and they offered refillable Chinese tea. The restaurant has limited seating, so it is recommended to make a reservation in advance.
We arrived at 1:40 and were fortunate to be the final customers before they closed for lunch. The food at this restaurant is truly delicious and offers authentic Peranakan cuisine. It may even be the best we have ever tasted. The stewed chicken was tender and practically melted in our mouths. The curry brewed prawns were creamy and burst with coconut flavor. The tofu with Thai sauce was crispy on the outside yet tender on the inside. Although the wait may be a bit long, it is definitely worth it. This restaurant is a must-visit when you find yourself in Melaka.
Great service and tasty food. Highly recommended, especially the ayam goreng. A must-visit!
Amy Heritage Restaurant prepares authentic Nyonya cuisine just the way she prepares at home. During her 16-year-old customer support, she has very good feedback on her courts. Customers agreed what they tasted is exactly homecooked. Reviewed 28.09.2022
First time here for dinner with my family. We enjoyed all the dishes that we ordered. Started with Pai Tee as appetizer. All the 6 main dishes were nicein taste, Ponteh, Udang masak lemak, Ikan Asam Rebus, etc. The prawns and fish are fresh.
