The food was genuinely enjoyable. We ordered takoyaki, beef pepper rice, and Japanese siomai, and overall, we had a delightful experience. However, the atmosphere left something to be desired, as the dim lighting and lack of music made it feel a bit flat; all we could hear was the staff chatting among themselves. On a positive note, the customer service was satisfactory, and the employees were very helpful when we were placing our order.
I gave it a try and ordered a bento meal (I think it was pork tonkatsu). The portions were surprisingly tiny, and I was a bit disheartened when I saw it—I couldn't help but laugh at the situation!
The Singaporean laksa is priced at 270.00, and it is definitely worth it. I've been to Sushi Master twice, and each time, I've been impressed with both the quality of the food and the level of service.
