I really enjoyed Leo's Specials during my first visit, but when I returned, it didn't meet my expectations. As a result, I have to give it three stars. The environment was decent, with good air conditioning and ample space for various group sizes. However, I hope they can improve the food, as it didn't live up to what I remembered.
