When I approached the counter, the two staff members were occupied with other tasks and barely acknowledged me, even though the place was almost empty. Instead of a warm welcome, I was greeted with a cold stare. Only after giving a firm look did one of them reply curtly, "Yes, Sir." When I ordered a Thai Milk Tea, I was informed that the Assam Tea base was unavailable. I asked about alternatives, but was told the black pearls were still being prepared with no estimated time for completion. When I inquired about fruit teas, they said those weren’t available either because the grass jelly add-on was out of stock. Essentially, none of the drinks I wanted were available. On a busy afternoon, this spot lost potential sales due to these supply problems. I left without a drink and cannot recommend this place.

The mango pieces provided a slight sweetness and some texture, which was a minor positive, but overall, it felt dull and uninspired. I regret not choosing Coco’s Lemon Dunk instead, especially since it costs the same. Additionally, I noticed that one person manages the queue, takes orders, and handles payments, which must be quite challenging for the staff during busy periods.
