What AM Baring dislikes about Sweet Meets:
We had high expectations for the quality of the chicken wings here as the interior of this restau is aesthetic. The chicken we ate was dry and slightly tough, it seems like it was cooked yesterday. And the flavors are not giving. Their soy garlic tastes like fish ball sauce while the salted egg tastes like powdered cheese and surprisingly they have sc. However, kimchi was good. I was initially hesitant about dining here because two of my friends had previously visited and had bad experiences—one last year and the other in 2022. However, I decided to give it a chance because my partner was really craving unlimited wings, and this restaurant was the closest option for us. Upon arrival, I must commend the staff for being accommodating and friendly. They provided detailed guidance on the menu, available flavors, and included side dishes. We were informed that the first serving would take 10-15 minutes, which seemed reasonable. Since the mall had just opened, and we were likely their first customers of the day, we expected to receive freshly cooked chicken. Unfortunately, after waiting for about 15 minutes, the chicken arrived lukewarm, dry, and seemed to be reheated from the previous night's stock. Despite this, we finished the first order and decided to order another round, hoping for better quality. However, we were disappointed once again as the chicken wings served were overcooked and tough, making them difficult to chew. This experience left us extremely dissatisfied, especially considering the price we paid (399 pesos/person! , including the 5% service charge. We forced ourselves to finish the last order and left with no intention of returning. I will inform our acquaintances about our experience to caution them. If you're considering dining here, I advise you to think twice and save your money. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₱400–600 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
