Absolutely! The café is named after a model of a Fender electric guitar, a nod to the owner’s background as a former guitarist. Located on the ground floor of Destiny Hotel, this spacious venue often plays a lot of Beatles music, which is a favorite among patrons. There's even a caricature of the fab four alongside the owner. Strato Café offers a delightful fusion of Filipino, Chinese, American, and European cuisines. They strive to accommodate customer requests, so if you crave something not on the menu, just ask, and they’ll whip it up for you. They also provide catering services. We sampled some of their bestsellers as well as a few off the menu. - **Hot and Sour Soup**: A wonderfully therapeutic dish with the perfect level of tang thanks to the ginger—great for colds. - **Crispy Pork Sisig**: Deliciously crispy bits of pork bursting with flavor; this pairs perfectly with an ice-cold beer. - **Crispy Eggplant with Sweet Chili Sauce**: The eggplant was tender, and dipping it in the chili sauce added an exciting flavor enhancement. - **Strato Chicken**: Roasted chicken infused with various herbs that will leave you wanting more with rice. - **Seafood Kare-Kare**: While the seafood was delightful (especially the prawns, which I personally love), I felt the sauce could benefit from a nuttier and more robust flavor. Nonetheless, it was satisfying overall. - **Sotanghon Guisado**: Packed with a generous amount of kikiam, meat, and vegetables, the sotanghon soaked up all the tasty sauce. - **Squid Bicol Express**: Their version isn’t overly spicy, which is nice, but I would have appreciated a bit more heat. However, the creamy sauce was truly delicious, and it was cooked to perfection. - **Buttered Chicken**: Deep-fried to perfection with butter flavor permeating throughout. It’s great as a bar snack or served with rice. - **Epal**: Deep-fried pork cheek that was exceptionally crispy and flavorful. This might not be on the regular menu yet, but it's a must-try. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and this is definitely a restaurant I would return to when craving more Epal and Seafood Bicol Express.

Opened in July 2017 at the Destiny Hotel, Strato Café offers comfort food inspired by various culinary traditions. Their motto, "We sell happiness," reflects the idea that joy can often be found in a delicious meal. My fellow food enthusiasts and I gathered there for a Zomato foodie meet-up, eager to indulge in this experience.

The sisig here is the best – wonderfully crispy and full of flavor! Everything is also very affordable, making it a great choice for group meals. Plus, they offer mini catering, which is ideal for office treats!
