Spang is inspired by a story of the colonization of Surinam, a country located in South America. Their colonizers brought together people of different nationalities to work in Holland, and from there, the sharing of recipes started and international cuisines emerged. "spang" in Surinam means delicious, which is a very fitting name for this stall that serves "spang"-tasting dishes. Moksi Meti, which means "pork specials" is one of their best sellers. Best Sellers: Moksi Meti, it means mixed pork specials such as Fa Chong Sausages, Char Siu Pork and Chinese Crispy Pork. It is best paired with Chow Mien noodles topped with our special moksi meti sauce. Sranang Kebap is a Jewish cuisine. It's an authentic beef kebab that exudes flavors once eaten. We add delicious white garlic sauce to finish off the dish. Kapsalon is a Dutch cuisine that was invented by a Surinam barber. One time, he visited a Turkish restaurant and while drunk, he invented a perfect cure for hangover. This dish is a combination of French fries, Doner Kebab, cheese and mixed salad with garlic dressing. Kapsalon in Dutch means Barbershop. alwayshungry.ph
