I attempted to order food before 11pm, but the staff insisted they don’t serve food after that time, despite me showing them the clock. Additionally, I ordered a mango drink but waited over 20 minutes for it, only to find out they didn’t have it when I inquired. Why not let me know right away? This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I just wanted to enjoy a nice evening with my girlfriend, but this place completely ruined it. It's no surprise their ratings are so low. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs. You’ll be better off. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The service was excellent. The dining staff were attentive, accommodating, and very friendly. The samgyup offers great value for money. We made our reservation for 8 PM, arrived at 9 PM, and left at 11 PM, making it a worthwhile experience. So far, this is the best samgyup place we've visited. There's no need for any upgrades since the price already includes the premium options: unlimited iced tea, all the meats available, and plenty of side dishes. If possible, please make the cheese mozzarella next time. Haha! Overall, it was a memorable experience, especially during the Christmas season with the beautiful Makati skyline.
