My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Idalia a few weeks ago, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Here’s what we ordered: **Pulpo** – Each bite was tender with a touch of crispiness, enhanced by the charred bits. Be sure to pair it with their mole—it is simply *perfection*. Smoky and savory, it complements the pulpo without overpowering it. You should also try their hummus. Although we didn’t order it on this visit, we sampled it during Chef Kevin’s pop-up in March, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best hummus dishes you’ll find. **Bone-in Iberico Pork Chop** – This dish might be a bit large for two, but it was so delicious that we managed to finish it. The meat was incredibly tender and buttery, pairing beautifully with the chickpea stew. The slight tanginess perfectly complements the roasted pork. **Raviolo and Risotto** – Did we indulge a bit by ordering both the risotto and raviolo? Perhaps. But it wasn't overwhelming at all. The risotto was creamy yet firm, while the raviolo, topped with a beurre blanc sauce, had just the right hint of acidity to balance the perfectly cooked, al dente pasta. If you’re particular about your pasta, you'll be glad to know that Idalia makes theirs from scratch in-house, ensuring extra care and attention in every dish. **Chocolate Torta** – We had previously ordered this during one of Idalia’s pop-ups and made the mistake of sharing just one. We promised never to do that again and ordered one for each of us this time. It was one of the best decisions we've ever made. **Financier with Corn and Parmesan Cheese** – If you enjoy sweet and salty desserts, this one is a must-try. **Ambiance and Service**: The interiors are beautifully designed with a welcoming, cozy, and classy vibe. The service is excellent; the team clearly knows their dishes and explains them thoughtfully each time they serve. **Food**: 5 **Service**: 5 **Atmosphere**: 5 **Dining Type**: Dine-in **Meal Type**: Dinner **Price per Person**: ₱1,400–1,600 **Parking**: Plenty of parking available.
