Chesa Bianca offers generously sized portions, delectable dishes, and a cozy ambiance. Everything was wonderful and truly captured the Swiss spirit. The fondue, although labeled as suitable for two, could easily feed an entire family! However, the apple strudel resembled more of an apple pie, as the puff pastry lacked crispness. Make sure to arrive very hungry! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5.
The menu truly has it all! From appetizers to main dishes, and even the variety of cheeses and wines, everything is just perfect. I highly recommend dining at Chesa Bianca; you will definitely enjoy your visit with family. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱1,000–1,200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Dining at Chesa Bianca was a truly unique and unforgettable experience! The Swiss-inspired atmosphere was both cozy and elegant, making it an ideal venue for enjoying hearty comfort food with a sophisticated twist. We sampled several lamb dishes, each one exceptional: the Lamb Carpaccio was fresh and delicate, drizzled with olive oil and parmesan, and topped with crispy straw potatoes. The Apulian Style Lamb Sugo was a comforting lamb stew served with pasta and parmesan, hearty and flavorful. The Chesa Bianca Lamb Stew, slow-cooked in red wine with garlic, onion, and thyme, was rich and filling, served with spaetzli. The Lamb Shank “Ticinese” was braised in a red wine herb sauce, perfectly paired with polenta and vegetables. The Grilled Lamb T-Bone was indulgent and flavorful, served with rosemary butter, rösti, and vegetables. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates Swiss cuisine and premium lamb dishes. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
