Starbucks - Makaoo (Part)

My online order was ready, but when I grabbed my ice latte cup, the lid was not properly closed, I end up spilling a quarter of my drink, I told both girls about the lid and they did not acknowledge the problem, just looked at me like if it was my fault.

The absolute kindest and most attentive staff at any coffee shop I've been to, full stop. My wife and I visit every day, usually multiple times a day, and have been for months. I can count on one hand the number of bad drinks I've had, busy or empty, they are super consistent. Even after a horde of high schoolers have ransacked the place for their fraps, you can count on being greeted with a smile and a genuine inquiry as to how you're doing. Couldn't recommend this Starbucks enough.

Starbucks. I love white choclate mocha tripple shot .Best place to sit and give sometime to your internal thoughts. Love the way they treat and Serve. Unmatched quality,unmatched taste. Everytime i visit Starbucks i have my own good feel.Thank you to you guys for all this. Person who was taking order was so polite and wearing a good smile on face.

Terrible experience, first time ever I have ordered my drink without ice and they gave me half a drink. I tried to complain and the barista pretended to be the manager, saying that there was a new policy from two months ago regarding the smaller size of drinks without ice. I have shown the orders done in the last two months for drinks without ice, and guess what.... I should complain to other Starbucks for giving me a full drink instead of a half one just because I don't want any ice on it. So cheeky!!! Last time I came here...
