What Joseph Griffin likes about Peekaboo Japanese Bistro:
Ordered Unagi Don, which they do just right. Many other places drown the dish in overly sweet sauce, but Peekaboo knows balance and I can actually still taste the fish. Also appreciate the included tamagoyaki super even color/texture and balanced sweet/savory. View all feedback.
