Nice crew, but dated facilities. They are using the drive-thru cashier to accommodate customers dining in. It was so hot inside it had no AC, I wanted to eat inside but I just ate outside under the bus stop shade instead it was more cooler. I guess KFC Waianae is for people who drive-thru only, just like any other fast-food restaurants in the area. View all feedback.

A miracle in the Christmas! We drove about an hour to find an opening restaurant and here it is!
So slow service and they take so long to make the food the place looks so gloomy and sad even the employees look miserable
Alex the dummy shorted us a piece of chicken. Then added no straws. Moral of the story please thoroughly check you order before you drive away from these clowns
Went and ordered 2 16 pc. Family Bucket Meals this past Friday evening.Utilized the drive-thru. The order didn't take too long. The woman at the window was very nice and helpful. I would definitely return and recommend this location to anyone!
