The young man at the counter was enthusiastic, but it’s surprising how much an employee’s attitude can influence the vibe of a sandwich shop. The manager should definitely stress that a smile can make a real difference in encouraging customers to return. It was a bit disheartening to see that the staff appeared unhappy. I hope some changes in the environment will help lift their spirits.
I expected that a sub shop would let me customize my order with various toppings, as I've always ordered the same sub without any problems in the past. I would have gladly paid extra or made adjustments to my order if necessary. However, I found it disappointing that asking a straightforward question resulted in such unprofessional treatment. Having spent a significant amount of time in the industry, I recognize that it can be stressful and that customers can sometimes be difficult, but that wasn’t the case during my visit. This level of disrespect is simply unacceptable.
I just had my first experience at JJs, and it was fantastic! The chicken Caesar wrap was the best I've ever tasted. I highly recommend it—definitely a 10/10!
Excellent service and a delightful ambiance, with the choice to eat either indoors or outdoors. The restrooms are impeccably clean, and the food is outstanding. I'm a big fan!
I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering delivery online. The service was extremely slow. About 15 minutes after I placed my order, it was marked as "out for delivery," so I thought it would arrive soon. However, it took a full hour for my order to be delivered, even though I was only half a mile from the restaurant. I definitely didn't expect it to take so long—I wish I had just walked in to pick it up instead.
